Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing all digital marketing strategies, including database management, email campaigns, social media, SEO/SEM, and display advertising, to drive revenue and maximize efficiency. This role involves planning and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking online channel usage, while identifying market trends to position the brand effectively. By allocating budgets strategically, optimizing marketing activities, and analyzing key metrics such as ROI, CAC, and ROAS, the Performance Marketing Manager ensures campaigns achieve and exceed OKRs and KPIs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the manager fosters creativity and innovation within the marketing team, providing mentorship to drive success.

Additionally, the role takes ownership of customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across digital platforms, leveraging marketing automation systems to design personalized customer flows and manage data synchronization. Responsibilities include creating and executing upsell and cross-sell strategies to increase average order values and managing personalization campaigns to deliver targeted and effective marketing efforts. Regular analysis, progress monitoring, and detailed reporting on campaign performance to the Head of Marketing on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis are also key aspects of this position. The Performance Marketing Manager combines strategic vision with data-driven decision-making to deliver measurable results and ensure continuous growth.

Digital Marketing

Oversee all digital marketing strategies including marketing database, email, social media, SEO/SEM, and display advertising campaigns.
Plan and execute marketing campaign strategy, activity, budgeting, forecasting, and tracking online channel usage to generate revenue and efficiency.
Identify market trends and opportunities to position the brand effectively.
Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity and innovation.
Optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment. (ROI/CAC/ ROAS)
Allocate budgets, analyze, and recommend modifications to ad spends.
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (OKRs, KPIs)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, merchandise, or products.

Marketing Automation

Take ownership in driving customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value on our application and online channels.
Manage Customer Data to synchronize with the Marketing Automation System.
Create and design customer personalization flow for the Marketing Automation System.
Manage personalization campaign on Marketing Automation System.
Upsell and Cross-sell to increase the average order value with Marketing Automation Flow.
Process the campaign, Analyze and monitor the progress of the particular campaign, and report to the Head of Marketing by weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
